Privacy and advertising
Updated October 12, 2026. This page describes data use on aion2classfinder.com, an independent fan reference.
Local tools and hosting
The class finder does not require an account. Name generation and timer calculations run in your browser. Saved names, timer preferences and advertising choices are stored on your device. Share URLs contain the choices you include in the link. Do not put private information into a share URL.
Vercel hosts the site and receives the connection information needed to serve pages, such as an IP address and request URL. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Existing site analytics
The production site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits and tool interactions. These services may receive connection and device information and use cookies or similar identifiers. Our tool event code sends fixed event names and predefined choices, rather than names you generate or free text you enter. Clarity may record page interactions. The advertising choice below does not change these existing analytics services.
See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement. Browser privacy settings and content blockers can restrict these services.
Optional advertising
The homepage offers one 320 × 50 banner supplied by Adsterra. Its advertising code loads only after you choose Allow ads. Before that choice, or after you choose No thanks, the site does not load this advertising code. Your choice is stored locally. If storage is unavailable, advertising stays off.
When allowed, the advertising provider and its partners receive the information needed to deliver and measure ads, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, referring page and cookie or similar identifiers. They may use this information to select ads and measure impressions, clicks and performance. See Adsterra's privacy policy.
You can choose No thanks in the homepage advertising area at any time. The page reloads to stop further advertising loads; this does not erase information already received by a provider or cookies it previously set. You can manage or remove cookies and local site data in your browser settings. Declining advertising does not prevent use of the class finder or its tools.
External links
Official previews and other external links lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies. Clicking an advertisement also leaves this site.
